Umm al-Nisa’ Khanum and Aqa Jabbar, the children of Mashhadi ‘Abd al-Ghaffar, transfer a house and a garden, located in Shishgilan, and part of the use of water from a qanat to Mirza Riza, a courtier of the crown prince and the son of Haji ‘Abd Allah, in exchange for two hundred and thirty seven tumans and five thousand dinars.

Settlement of Nisa’ Khanum and Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn with Mirza Faraj Allah, 1803
Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn (son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim) and Nisa’ Khanum (daughter of Karbalayi Baqir) sell their residential house and garden in Surkhab, Tabriz, to Mirza Faraj Allah (son of Mirza Abu Muhammad the former sheriff of Tabriz) for seventeen tumans on behalf of themselves, as the guardians of the underage children of Mulla Muhammad Riza (Zayn al-‘Abidin and Jamal al-Din), and on behalf of Sara Baygum.

Sale document between Fatimah Khanum and Karbalayi Riza ‘Attar, 1923
Fatimah Khanum has rented half of a common property, a house and a garden, in the Armanistan neighborhood of Darvazah Gajil, to Karbalayi Riza ʻAttar [the herbalist], the son of Aqa ʻAbd al-Samad, for two hundred and twenty tumans for one year, including the revocation right for one year and the monthly rent of two tumans and two thousand dinars during this time.

Documents related to Nasir al-Mamalik's properties, 1914-1927
The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Some of the documents are payment receipts of Nasir al-Mamalik's taxes to the Tax Office in either money or crops such as wheat, barley, and straw. The author [possibly Zahra Sultan ‘Izzat al-Saltanah] conveys family news: Mahmud Khan and Ma‘sumah Khanum both have a cold and Aqa [Nizam al-Saltanah] is preparing for his trip to Kirman. She talks about Salar Muhtasham's telegrams from Tabriz and the unrest there. ‘Izzat al-Saltanah describes the renovations in the Baha’ al-Mulk's garden. On the opposite page there is a note in a different handwriting about choosing a place, probably for vacation.
